I provide receipts for payments as a Registered Social Worker with an MSW
We accept all insurance plans, however, we do not offer direct billing at this time. Before each session, we'll provide you with an invoice.
OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance) does not cover my fees. However, if you have Extended Health Care Coverage through your employee benefits program to see a Registered Social Worker, a Psychotherapist, Mediator or for counselling services, you will be able to claim your fees back unless otherwise stipulated in your policy. Please confirm your coverage with your insurance provider for eligibility for reimbursement. This is your responsibility.
My clinical services qualify for tax credits under the Medical Expense Tax Credit. For more details, visit www.cra.gc.ca/medical.
We kindly request that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you give us at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may be in need of our services.
We appreciate your cooperation in following this policy. Please note that if you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the FULL SESSION FEE. This policy applies to all clients and helps us to better serve everyone's needs.
